Skinny dips pics

I haven’t read the book but Cleveland in the show creeped me out and just rubbed me the wrong way. He’s so awkward and weird. When he takes the mom skinny dipping I thought he was going to kill her or something. And then the “mentorship” of Conrad it seemed so forced. Idk this character just gave me the ick.

Hi, I'm in escrow on a house in Southern California, and the back of the house has some weird lines of discoloration in the paint/stucco. Here's a pic (zoom in to see better between/around the upper level windows): https://imgur.com/a/Kr2i2nW
I have a stucco repairman coming tomorrow to give an estimate to fix it, but I'm more concerned about the underlying problem which caused it than I am about the stucco itself.

• It's on the second floor and gets lots of sunlight
• The house has a brand new roof—I believe the previous one was very old but not necessarily problematic/leaky. I don't know, really.
• I did not notice anything off about the inside of the rooms where the discoloration is. The house is in good shape but it's also been painted on the inside (but not the outside).
• I can't tell if there's a small crack where the discoloration is.
• I don't believe there have been plants or vines growing there which have since been removed.

My ideas are:

1. If there's a hairline crack, rain could have discolored it or someone could have tried to paint over it. If so, this strikes me as benign. Not sure why the crack would take that pattern though.
2. Rain could have entered the insides of the walls and there is now rotten wood and/or mold there. This would be terrible, but I don't see why these lines would be the only indication, and why they're so skinny.

Neither of my ideas seem particularly likely though. I'd really appreciate advice here... does this look a serious issue? I've got a couple days left on the inspection contingency and don't know if I should call someone else besides a stucco repair company or painter.

ETA: I forgot to talk about the 3 incisions! - 2 tiny half inch slits right above each hip, closed with that surgical glue stuff, mild dried blood/scabby, but very skinny & short. The navel - literally a tiny dot inside, my bestie looked in there tonight lol My navel isn't swollen or bloody, just a lil iodine residue I'm just gonna leave alone lol Not scabby or crusty or sensitive so far. Nothing is itchy or painful or tender yet. Just an occasional feeling of the mildest lil menstrual cramps here and there, nothing like the real deal though thankfully. No spotting at all immediately after surgery, and none now 9 hours later either btw. A lil pressure getting up & down out of bed, but no pain, and no assistance required for that or going up & down the stairs, just moving a lil slowegentler, still feeling decent 9 hours later! Still tired AF though, gonna hit the hay now!
Just had my bilateral salpingectomy today! I saw Dr. Charlotte Pickens in La Jolla, CA at USCD hospital btw. It was an amazing experience y'all! Much easier than I anticipated! Buckle up, it's a long one, and very detailed! But all positive for the most part LOL
I'm 34 and have never EVER had surgery aside from getting my wisdom teeth out at 16, and a colonoscopy at 24. Never even broken a bone or gotten stitches, nothing. I have a lot of medical anxiety, I was tripping out the most over sleep paralysis despite anesthesia LOL Wasn't even nervous about the actual surgery, just didn't wanna wake up during it and be mentally scarred for life 🤣 Saw a few scary stories on TV once about that phenomenon.
The office gave me Hibiclens at my consult appt to take home & scrub my abdomen with the last 3 showers leading up surgery. Yesterday morning, yesterday evening, and this morning. No deodorant, lotions, perfumes, nail polish or jewelry after my shower this morning.
I was NPO after midnight last night. They instructed me to drink an ensure between 9pm-11pm last night since my surgery was in the afternoon. I also took half an Ativan last night at 9pm to make sure I slept and didn't have anxiety insomnia lol They also instructed me to take my heart arrythmia pill this morning right upon wakening with a tiny sip of water. I had an echocardiogram a week ago, so yes, I got cardiac clearance lol I also had a pre-op transvaginal ultrasound and blood work 2 weeks ago.
When I got there, they called me back to the pre-op room. I got weighed, asked for my height, and had to pee in a cup first thing. They then had me change into my gown, skiddy socks & hair net. They gave me 2 Tylenol 500mg & a Celebrex (200mg - for preventative nerve pain) with a tiny sip of water. Then they took my BP/pulse ox, and started my IV in my left hand, and started fluids and some Ativan. They also put on the leg compression things, man they feel great lol They got me heated blankets, and even had a lil pack of lavender smelly stuff they taped to the top left of my paper gown for relaxation 😊
All the staff came in and introduced themselves while in pre-op, from the surgeon herself, to the anesthesia team, to the OR scrub nurses, to the surgical resident that'd be observing (with my permission of course.) They also asked if they had permission to let the surgical resident practice a pelvic exam on me while under anesthesia, I agreed. I've been employed in healthcare myself for 17 years, so anything to help with someone's education! I could've refused if I wanted, but I really appreciated them asking beforehand.
They then wheeled me back to the OR, and I was feeling goooood with the Ativan lol They also pushed a lil GI cocktail too before they gave me the gas. I had to scoot myself from my original pre-op bed to the OR table, which was easy, they leveled the beds together and helped me. They then masked me with the gas, and I was outttt like a light after about 4-5 deeeeep inhales!!!
I woke up in post-op an hour and a half later. Went in at 12 noon, woke up at 1:30pm, all done! They intubated me after falling asleep, and pulled it out before waking up, it's like nothing ever happened! No soreness, hoarseness or coughing. I'm clearing my throat occasionally here and there 7 hours later, just kinda feels like when you get "bubbles" (post-nadal drip basically lol) in your throat with seasonal allergies. Not often enough to cause soreness which is great, waaaay better then what I anticipated after reading about other people's experiences on here. They cathed me too since they gave me fluids, thankfully after I was out, and removed it before I woke up, so it hurts to pee just a little bit, not even as bad a UTI 🤣 Like, a 4 on a scale of 1-10.
They gave me ice chips & apple juice straight upon awakening too, which was great! I had no nausea at all, still don't hours later. I rested for about 30 mins, then they brought back my ride to hang out with me and go over discharge instructions. I got up to go pee, and then they wheeled me outside to the car, and even opened the door & helped me get in!! They have $5 valet services for 0-3 hours parking, so the car was pulled right up to the curb right outside the front doors!
We drove straight to IHOP afterwards. I took it easy with some Belgian waffles & a few strips of bacon, and a mango iced tea, and a few sips of my ride's cinnamon milkshake lol I then stopped by Walgreens to grab a few house things I forgot to pick up last night, my ride helped & carried everything 😊
The ride home was smooth, I didn't have any discomfort from the shitty ass bumpy roads on our 30 min drive home lol I did bring a squishmallow to put between my belly and the seat belt, which was a genius idea I picked up on here!
BTW, I'm an occasional recreational cannabis user. I was honest and disclosed my use to my anesthesiologist only (VERY IMPORTANT), I didn't want that ICD-10 diagnosis use code going to Tricare from my consult appt ahead of surgery & prior authorization for obvious reasons lol. I quit edibles 2 months ago, and vaping 1 month ago. My anesthesiologist said I would've been fine discontinuing use just 5-7 days prior to surgery (no ibuprofen 7 days before either lol), but I did a month + to be safe, I'm a bit on the heavier side, and I've heard edibles stick around in your system (fat lol) much longer than just smoking/vaping, so I wanted to be super certain that I'd be clear and not fuck up anesthesia for myself. For reference, I'm 5'6", 180lbs. I took 3-4 puffs of a vape 4-5 days a week, and 10mg worth of edibles once almost every weekend for a few months straight, so not a super heavy user.
I hope my experience can help others make the decision to take the plunge too before election day lol I called to set up the consult appt back in December, had the actual consult appt in February, and first available surgery was today, late May.
ETA #2 lol: My surgeon sent me home with pics from the operative report included in my discharge papers, so I have instant photograpic evidence of their removal! Total peace of mind walking out of there today ☮️🙏🏼
I am a generally super anxious person by nature, and had my bestie/coworker take me to my very first surgery. My family is 3k miles away on the east Coast and couldn't be here, so if my anxious ass can do it, literally anybody can do it! I literally have nobody out here but my bestie, no family, no nothing. My soon to be ex husband is on deployment right now out in the Pacific, and is unreachable at the moment, and frankly doesn't give a shit. He knows I had surgery today too, and I KNOW he won't call or email out of common human decency to at least ask how it went when he does get back in service/port. He asked for a divorce a week after my consult appt, which happened to be 2 weeks before deployment, how convenient, after saying straight to my face before & after the appt that he totally supported my choice, and was looking forward to the DINK lifestyle with me. Oh well.
Y'all are 💯 when you say men aren't ~truly~ childfree unless they've had a vasectomy, or atleast got one scheduled on the books soon lol My conservative family back on the east coast are losing their shit over this, they're all christofacist trump bootlickers, I'm so glad I got to move away from all that and experience personal freedom/a different & better way of life out here. I'm so thankful to be in a position financially & geographically to have been able to take care of this. My GYN back home wouldn't even put an IUD in me at 29yrs old cause I never had kid before, so my cervix wasn't soft enough 🙄 Whatever bitch, I left and got spayed in Cali at 34 with no pushback from my Drs out here, kiss my grits lol

okay so, we met this girl like 6 ish months ago, she messaged my bestfriend like 8 times to hangout and she finally just said yes for a group hangout, then when i was keeping a birthday for my bestfriend she basically volunteered herself to be thrown a bday too..i didn’t care because i was already throwing one so i just kinda added her into the party. whatever. since then i’ve consistently gotten bad vibes from her. like can’t trust her not a girls girl vibes. like she only favors the girl in the group who invited her (because she uses her for clout because she’s a lowkey famous influencer) and only deals with me because the girl is my bestfriend of 15 years so i’m kinda there no matter what. very obvious she’d rather me not be in the group but she deals with me because she knows i wouldn’t be kicked out. i admit i can be a bit closed off and reserved but i genuinely did try with this girl. even after the bad vibes i was like ykw she seems sweet let’s give her a chance and see whassup. i’ll start this off by saying i’m very insecure of how i currently look, i’ve gained a lot of weight the past year and a half and i am working to lose it now but it takes time. i don’t like being photographed nor do i like being videoed. this girl is ALWAYS CONSTANTLYYYYYYYYYYY recording. literally everything. it’s the most annoying fucking thing ever. she is incapable of being in the moment and enjoying life without having to always record which alright whatever man you do you. my issue comes when she always records me in the worst angles and posts it everytime. the first 5 times she did i politely asked her to delete it, by the 12-15th time i wasn’t so polite. she’ll lose videos or posts in clearly slouched over in, actively talking, IN THE MIDDLE OF SNEEZING? cmon dude. we decided to make a rule to send any pics she wants to post at all in the gc first after i got upset, she agreed and we drooped it. yet again, new reel, bad angle of me. argument. “okay i’m sorry i will send it next time. i promise” and lo and behold…2 days ago..new reel..BAD. ANGLE. AGAIN. and i know, it’s not that serious, but just seeing the picture of myself hurts. i had a breakdown because of it. i wouldn’t care that much if every single time she posted my family wouldn’t reach out to tell me how bad and how fat i look, which is a different story. i’d like to mention that pretty much all of her friends are actually my friends, the whole group is a group i established basically. originally my friends who i kinda made all meet each other and became a group. we used to just be us but now she’s always constantly there. i realized at a certain point she could tell i kept going after her so started to treat the other friends in the group so good to the point they now are like “well she’s done a lot for us so we can’t cut her off now..” even tho they wanted too like 2 months ago. and because she thinks she has a established space in the group now she’s gotten rude af to me. talking about “things are different now. i’m not afraid of being cut off” and she’s been saying whatever she wants to me now as well, being rude af. i expressed this to my bestfriends and they just said they’d don’t wanna be involved and that the girl did a lot for them so they aren’t just gonna use her and dip because she is nice. but they refuse to see that she is nice TO THEM, not me. so basically, i don’t want her in the group anymore. i don’t feel comfy around her because im always on edge now and i can’t even relax thinking she’ll record me the second i do. aitah for wanting to get rid of her?

I’ve not been eating a lot but not a rly low amount. You’d call it a “normal” amount to diet on. Yesterday I didn’t count cause I ate with my family. I could’ve had 1800-2000
Today I went out with a friend and we always eat out. I had a big burrito and then some halloumi fries. Burrito was so good it had jackfruit in it. Before I went out I had a bag of chips and half a sandwich btw.
Then had some gelato and chocolate. Then I came home and ate like 5 bags of chips cause I’d already fucked up. Didn’t rly enjoy the chips I just did it to be greedy.
I felt awful and disgusting. Felt like everyone was watching me. Feel like people keep looking at me and going “she’s the fat one” cause my friend is ultra skinny. Then she shows me pics she’s taken of me full body and it’s just awful. So much bigger than I am in my head
Can I get this back? Tell me I’m not gonna explode and put on 5 pounds

August’s dying daylight did nothing to diminish the heat laying over Chicago like a sodden comforter. Heat lightning, silent flashes high up in the purple clouds, strobed over us as we walked down to the lake.
People up at the cottage were drinking sweaty gin and tonics and coupling furtively in the laundry room. The end of the world puts people in a festive mood, it seems.
Violet took my hand, leading me into the thick copse of trees behind the boathouse.
“Ready to see it?”
I swallowed hard. “I…I think so.”
“This way. He’s over here.” We headed deeper into the trees.
The smell grew as we walked; sap, rotting leaves, then something thicker. Sweeter. The smell of corruption.
The trees opened up into a clearing about 20-feet across. He was hanging in the middle, suspended from the highest tree.
“Fucking idiot tried to hang himself when he found out,” Violet said, nodding in his direction as she lit a cigarette. “It didn’t take.”
His head was still attached, but his neck was stretched out from the weight. The rope dug into his purple flesh as he hung, rotting and thrashing. Every time he kicked, parts would spin off and splatter against the trees.
“Fuck. Is that Keegan?”
“Mmmmm-hmmm,” she muttered around the cigarette, squinting to avoid the smoke. “Used to be, anyway.”
“Shit! I liked him, man. He was, like, stellar at cribbage.”
“Looks like Hangman is his gig, now.”
I watched him twist and kick. An errant toe flew by my head.
“So, what now?” I asked. “Should we…cut him down?”
She gave me her patented I-can’t-fucking-believe-you-just-said-that-to-Violet look.
“What – have him come after us and eat everyone at the cottage? No, thanks.”
“Besides,” she said, moving closer, “I was thinking you and I could do a little skinny-dipping…” She trailed a fingernail down my sternum.
She opened her mouth to kiss me just as a speeding comet of zombie flesh zipped by, landing squarely on her tongue with a wet plop.
She didn’t scream, or vomit, or curse. She just spat it out, a small grey-green lump, wiping her mouth with her sleeve.
“OK, well…OK,” Violet said. “That tasted gross.” Her face slumped.
“Oh, Vi…I…,” I stammered. “You’re probably gonna…”
“I know. 2 to 4 hours.”
She lit another cigarette and sat down with a thud. A tear slid down her cheek.
“I’ll need your help, Kev.” She said.
“No, Violet – I…what do you want me to do? I can’t kill you.”
She shook her head. “No, not kill me. Just keep me from hurting anyone, when I…” she trailed off.
“The lake.”
“The lake?”
“I’ll get in a canoe. You push me onto the lake. I can’t hurt anyone there.”
“Oh, Violet…I can’t.”
She looked at me fiercely. “You have to! If you love me…”
So, I did. I helped her into the boat, pushed it into the lake.
I sat and watched as the sun sank. Loons called and I heard the noises she made.

This is a (semi) serious post🤣. Are there any very quiet beaches that wouldn’t have anyone around later in the evening or at night where you’d get away with this? Can be any beach in the county but ideally somewhere within an hour-ish of the city.

I have a "mom pooch" and a C-section shelf, a very high waist and straight hip dips and who knows what other terms. So a lot of high rise jeans don't come up on me the way the do for others and mid rise seems to hit at a weird spot. My body is pudgy in places that don't look good with current styles. My measurements don't work with available sizes.
I thought high quality jeans might help so I made an Instagram account, did some research and went to Madewell (the lady there was so helpful). I didn't buy anything because she recommended trying some sizes that weren't available in store (I tried flea market flares in 30 but need 29 tall and crop kick outs in 29 petite (so that I get the length and rise I like)) so she ordered them to the store and I'm supposed to go back to try on. I really liked the flares. I would rather sell my junky clothes and have a few good pieces. But still I can't afford any of those jeans!! I need to buy secondhand.
Okay so when I got home I was looking at the (very) quick pics I took and I don't know if those are any better than the jeans I already own. Idk what to do I'm frustrated and confused 🫠 Apparently I need shirts that are fitted as well. I just don't have the bandwidth for this, it makes me sad. Rant over, advice on sizes/brands is so so needed and welcomed.

ANALYSIS:

• This week we see PCE data come on Friday. Expectations in the market according to the bloomberg intelligence research that I was reading, is for it to come soft or in line. Analysts are not expecting it to come hot.
• Whilst some people argue that rates will have to stay higher for longer due to stickiness in inflation, I point to inflation swaps which have all fallen over the last 1 month. This for 1y, 2y, 3,y, 5y, 10y etc. Traders are still expecting inflation to come down this year, especially encouraged by the falling shelter inflation in the last report.
• A look at some positioning analysis then:
• Silver and gold pumped yesterday, silver in particular, due to the geopolitical escalations between Egypt and Israel, as well as Israel and the rest of the world in Rafah. We saw strong positioning before too.
• Today, both pullback, but positioning overall v bullish, traders are buying calls on Silver at 35C. Thats a sign that traders are expecting this to be short term vol before move higher.
• NVDA showing strong positioning, and is up in premarket on news that xAI will use NVDA chips in building thier supercomputer. This is brining other semiconductors with it. AMD has a bullish positioning too.
• Potential high volume Names to watch today from a catalyst perspective (you can see the catalysts below) are:
• DUOL, PYPL, RIOT, DKNG, SE, CRWD, ONON
• EURUSD, GBPUSD showing bullish positioning as both come to resistance at 1.09 and 1.28 respectively. Positioning suggests we can see a break above, but let’s see.
• Traders continue to favour tech, and big tech in particular as Mag7 skew makes a new yearly high. AAPL and NVDA up in premarket should be supportive of the market too.

• 3 year CPI expectations come 2.4%, less than expected.

MARKETS: SPX, DJI, NDX more or less where they closed on Friday.

• SPX: closed Friday at 5303. Over Memorial Day, was trading flat, slightly higher to 5320, before dropping back to 5308. 5300 has been the support in premarket.
• NASDAQ: Closed Friday at 18,800. Over Memorial Day was flat. Pushed higher to 18900 before paring gains slightly back to 18,853
• DJI: Trading at 39k. Flat since Fridays close. 39k support, 40k resistance.
• GER40: After hitting 18,500 on Friday, it bounced. Moved higher to 18850 over yesterday, pared gains slightly.
• UK100: Slightly lwoer today, On Friday dropped to 8275. Yday dropped to 8200 before pushing higher. Today back at 8296. Positioning overall bullish.
• Silver: Pulling back today after push higher yesterday by 5%
• GOld: Lower, after being rejected off 2350. Had moved higher by almost 1% yesterday.
• In both cases, looks like pullback before move higher.
• Oil slightly higher - Opec meeting this week.

FX:

• EURUSD higher to 1.0885. Pushed up from 1.08 support on Friday. Will come to 1.09, and will be looking for break as has broken out of long term downtrend.
• GBPUSD higher towards 1.28, positioning bullish. 1.28 is resistance
• AUDUSD higher again. Retraced back to 0.66 support on Friday, before move higher again.
• Most of these moves have come on dollar weakening from 105 since Friday. - comes as Japan has been signalling more potential intervention and also some countries not using USD from imports.

MAG 7:

• AAPL - China iPhone shipments jump 52% in April. AAPL and resellers have bene cutting prices in China throughout 2024. Hence shipments have been jumping.
• AAPL - will unveil Ai tools for daily use at next month’s developers conference. Their “project grey matter” will integrate AI into safari, photos and notes. Custom AI generated emojis for example
• AMZN, NVDA - according to Business Insider, Amazon is facing challenges inc competing with NVDA’s dominant AI chips, experiencing low usage and compatibility problems.

ANALYSIS:

• This week we see PCE data come on Friday. Expectations in the market according to the bloomberg intelligence research that I was reading, is for it to come soft or in line. Analysts are not expecting it to come hot.
• Whilst some people argue that rates will have to stay higher for longer due to stickiness in inflation, I point to inflation swaps which have all fallen over the last 1 month. This for 1y, 2y, 3,y, 5y, 10y etc. Traders are still expecting inflation to come down this year, especially encouraged by the falling shelter inflation in the last report.
• A look at some positioning analysis then:
• Silver and gold pumped yesterday, silver in particular, due to the geopolitical escalations between Egypt and Israel, as well as Israel and the rest of the world in Rafah. We saw strong positioning before too.
• Today, both pullback, but positioning overall v bullish, traders are buying calls on Silver at 35C. Thats a sign that traders are expecting this to be short term vol before move higher.
• NVDA showing strong positioning, and is up in premarket on news that xAI will use NVDA chips in building thier supercomputer. This is brining other semiconductors with it. AMD has a bullish positioning too.
• Potential high volume Names to watch today from a catalyst perspective (you can see the catalysts below) are:
• DUOL, PYPL, RIOT, DKNG, SE, CRWD, ONON
• EURUSD, GBPUSD showing bullish positioning as both come to resistance at 1.09 and 1.28 respectively. Positioning suggests we can see a break above, but let’s see.
• Traders continue to favour tech, and big tech in particular as Mag7 skew makes a new yearly high. AAPL and NVDA up in premarket should be supportive of the market too.

• SE - Indonesia antitrust agency says that Shopee, which is owned by SE, violated competition rules by directing customers to use certain delivery services. Shop stopped listing several delivery service providers, giving customers just 2 options.
• GME - higher after the company raised nearly 933M from sale of 45m shares. Proceeds used for general corporate purposes.
• With GameStop pumping, other MEME names like AMC, SPWR etc are up in sentiment.
• With NVDA pumping, we see other semiconductor names like QCOM, VRT, COHR, DELL run in sentiment.
• SBUX - discounts more of its popular coffee drinks in China
• ZS - down as Rosenblatt downgrades ahead of earnings.

• CHINA PROPERTY STOCKS DID WELL, RISING 1.9% ON SHANGHAI’s EASING MEASURES.
• Neel Kashkari says that nothing should be ruled out regarding policy path. Says there’s no need to hurry to cut rates. Wants to see many more months of good data.

• ECBs Lane: Keeping rates overly restrictive for too long could push inflation below target over medium term. This requires corrective action that could require having to descend to below neutral.
• Says rate cut next week is not a sign of victory.
